Primary Founder

Nate Worthen is the primary founder and principal of Professional Real Estate Services.  Nate’s career in real estate began in 2012 with Newmark Knight Frank as a member of Newmark’s Global Corporate Services division.  By 2014 Nate became the Director of the Global Corporate Services division and joined the Salt Lake City office’s executive management team.  In 2019, he elected to start his own real estate brokerage which culminated in the creation of Professional Real Estate Services. Nate also works as an instructor for the CCIM Institute where he teaches CI 102: Commercial Real Estate Market Analysis.

Over his career, Nate has been responsible for more than $2.1 billion in closed real estate sales spanning more than 1,600 transactions in more than 40 countries.  Nate’s listings have been featured in the LA Times, Ouest-France (international French newspaper), Western Business Real Estate, and local media including a television spot on Fox 13 News.

Nate lives in Layton, Utah, with his wife, Courtnie, and daughter, Cache.
